Mona Kesar is a licensed U.S. immigration attorney and founder of Kesar Law, LLC, where her practice is dedicated primarily to U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Illinois, she advises individuals, companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and families, on a broad range of complex immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State (DOS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). She also regularly represents clients in asylum matters, deportation defense, and removal proceedings before Immigration Courts throughout the United States and has experience handling humanitarian cases, including U visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and related forms of relief.
Known for her strategic and detail-oriented approach, Ms. Kesar has successfully prepared and filed numerous immigration petitions and applications. She is particularly experienced in responding to complex Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), developing persuasive legal arguments supported by statutory authority, agency guidance, and evidentiary records to help clients overcome challenging immigration issues.
